Reuben's Chocolate Slice. YUM!
Melt in a saucepan... 170g butter... 3/4 cup sugar...
1Tsp golden syrup... 2 tsp cocoa.
Add: 3/4 cup coconut... 1 1/2 cups flour...
1 1/2 tsp baking powder... 1-2 tsp vanilla essence... 1/2-1 cup rolled oats. (Optional 1/2 cup raisins.)
Bake mod oven. 10-20 mins. Ice while hot.
